These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SigmaKraft Studios ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile game Color Sort: Master Moves (the "Game"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and play the Game on any compatible device that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.
The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are considered a minor in your country of residence, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
The Game is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. This includes optional rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards, as well as banner and interstitial advertisements. Advertising content is supplied by the ad network and does not constitute our endorsement of any advertiser or product. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. For information about advertising data, see our Privacy Policy.
Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by the Google Play billing system, and your purchase is also subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change over time. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its policies and applicable consumer-protection law. Except where required by law, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once delivered.
You agree that you will not:
The Game and all of its content — including source code, artwork, logos, characters, level designs, audio, user interface, and the names "SigmaKraft Studios" and "Color Sort: Master Moves" — are owned by or licensed to SigmaKraft Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except that you may share personal, non-commercial screenshots or gameplay videos of the Game with appropriate credit.
We may release updates, patches, new levels, or new features at any time, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features, in whole or in part, at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game, though this does not affect any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Game. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by cheating, tampering with the Game, or misusing its billing or advertising systems. You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SigmaKraft Studios and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. To the extent liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Game shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, through the Game in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 1,000 (or its equivalent). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SigmaKraft Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Game or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence, you and we agree that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the Game or its store listing. Your continued use of the Game after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
