Effective date: 8 July 2026  ·  Last updated: 8 July 2026

SigmaKraft Studios ("we", "us", or "our") built Color Sort: Master Moves (the "Game") to be simple, fair, and private. We do not run any servers, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information about you ourselves. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what information is involved when you play the Game and the limited role of the third-party services we use. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

1. Summary — the short version

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Game does not request, and we do not receive, your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, calendar, files, or precise location. The Game contains no chat, messaging, social login, or user-generated content features. We do not maintain user profiles and we do not have any way to identify you personally.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To let you keep your progress, the Game saves certain data locally on your device only, using your device's standard app storage. This includes:

This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any server, and is not accessible by us. If you use the in-Game "Reset Progress" option or uninstall the Game, this data is permanently deleted from your device and cannot be recovered by us.

4. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob is the only third-party advertising or data-collecting service in the Game. To serve and measure ads (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads), AdMob may automatically collect:

CategoryExamples
Device & advertising identifiersAndroid Advertising ID (AAID) and similar identifiers
Technical informationDevice model, operating system version, language, network/IP address
Approximate locationCoarse location inferred from IP address (not GPS)
Ad interaction dataAds shown, taps, and diagnostic/performance information

This collection is performed by Google, not by us. Google uses this data in accordance with its own policies. For details, see:

The Game requires internet access for the sole purpose of loading these ads.

5. Your Advertising Choices

6. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, an option to remove ads or to obtain in-game items). Where purchases are offered, they are processed by the Google Play billing system. We never receive or store your payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Google Play under its own terms and privacy practices. If and when purchasing is enabled, purchase and transaction records are handled by Google Play.

7. Children's Privacy

Color Sort: Master Moves is a casual puzzle game intended for a general audience. It contains no chat, no social features, and no means for a user to submit personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a user is identified as a child under applicable law (including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR provisions for children), we rely on Google AdMob's controls to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized advertising. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern, please contact us at the address in Section 12 and we will respond promptly.

8. Data Retention

Because we do not collect or store your data on any server, we have nothing to retain about you. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you reset progress or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.

9. Data Security

We do not operate servers or databases containing your personal information, which significantly reduces security risk on our side. Local game data is protected by your device's own security. Data handled by Google AdMob is protected under Google's security practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data handled by third parties.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain uses. Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests generally concern data handled by Google (Section 4), which you can control through your device's ad settings and your Google Account. For any assistance, contact us using the details in Section 12.

11. International Users

The Game is available worldwide. The third-party services described in Section 4 may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under their own legal safeguards. By using the Game, you understand that ad-related data may be processed as described in this Policy and in Google's policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we add features (such as enabling in-app purchases) or change service providers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected in the Game's store listing and/or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.

13. Contact Us
